Bruce Springsteen Part 2 @ Paris Bercy 1, July 04 2012

Bruce Springsteen Part 2 @ Paris Bercy 1, July 04 2012
Part 1 is HERE

The Encore was terrific with "Born in the usa"-"Born to run" -"Bobby Jean"-"Dancing in the dark" (Here on video) for the first 3 songs.

Patti was there tonight , there was lot of interaction between the two, he even kissed her one moment.

3h25 min show, far from being the longest on the tour, we were expecting a few guests, there was none, strange as I've been confirmed that Elliott Murphy would play with Bruce for the first show, He can't make it for the second.

The heat in the pit was unbearable, I guess they probably switch the air conditioning off as they were probably afraid of the power cuts they already had this afternoon and just before the show.
The staff came several times down the front with bottles of water and Bruce himself gave away several times glasses of a blue beverage with ice to the first rows.

Bruce Springsteen Part 1 @ Paris Bercy 1, July 04 2012
Part 2 HERE

These shows were long sold-out, Antoine deCaunes is "introducing" the band... in fact not really, he just warned the audience that there were several power failures during the afternoon, there was one while we were waiting in the pit with no more electricity, and that we had to remain calm if it ever happened during the concert.

Before the first song there was a small introduction with Roy Bittan and Charles Giordano playing "La vie en Rose" on accordion.

Many songs from the new album at the beginning of the show we even had a few tour première song played "4th of July, Asbury park", "easy money" and "Independence day" that played played solo by Bruce on the Piano.
The "Appolo Medley" was also very cool with some classic soul songs.
Bruce is giving it all on stage even though sometimes his voice is a bit weak but there are the backing vocalists and the musicians to help him out.
He had a girl to sing, very badly, on "Waitin' on a sunny day" , but that was fun.
Another girl made it on stage to dance with Bruce.

Private show in the main studio of RTL at 1:00pm for invited guests and competition winners, around 200 people, all seated apart from a few people standing up against the wall including Allison Mossheart watching the gig on the left side coffee in hand.

Jack played with The Buzzardos a kick ass 30 min show (on @ 1:12pm, ending @ 1:39pm), the drummer is really stealing the show with some heavy drumming, Jack White didn't even say Hello or Goodbye or even looked at the audience, he played his set and left , no encore.
Setlist later... but there was once again a terrific version of "Cut like a Buffalo" which is probably my favorite song Live on this tour.
